What are credits?
Credits are the universal currency in SynthrAI. Every action (generating images, videos, etc.) costs a specific number of credits. You can buy credit packs or subscribe for monthly credits at a better rate.
Do credit packs expire?
No. Credits purchased through packs never expire. Use them whenever you want.
How do subscription credits work?
Subscription credits refresh every month on your billing date. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. However, bonus credits from packs are always available.
Can I use packs and subscriptions together?
Yes. Subscription credits are used first, then bonus credits from packs. This way your pack credits are preserved as long as possible.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked. Credit packs are non-refundable once used.
Can I cancel anytime?
